1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to bbtn4d, accessible at https://bbtn4d.cam and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the operator of bbtn4d.
• "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a User to access Platform services.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and related services provided through the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and lottery draws.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required for identity confirmation.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bbtn4d Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other rules or policies posted on the Website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age and Location Requirements

To register an Account and use bbtn4d Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online betting services is illegal or restricted.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to international sanctions.
• You must not be a person to whom we have previously closed an Account due to violation of these Terms.

3.2 Account Registration

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your national identification document
• Date of birth
• Valid email address and phone number
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Preferred Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details for deposits and withdrawals

You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.

3.3 One Account per Person

You are permitted to hold only one Account with bbtn4d. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or Accounts opened under false identities are strictly prohibited. If we detect that you have opened or are operating more than one Account, we reserve the right to suspend or close all such Accounts, forfeit any winnings, and confiscate any remaining balances.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your sole responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

4.1 Mandatory Verification

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and our licensing obligations, bbtn4d requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before making their first withdrawal. Verification may also be requested at any time during your use of the Platform at our discretion.

4.2 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, you must provide the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing your full name, photograph, date of birth, NIK (National Identification Number), and expiry date. The document must be valid and not expired.
• Selfie Verification: A recent photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face, with both your face and the ID details clearly visible.
• Proof of Address (if requested): A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and current residential address in Indonesia, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method (if requested): Bank account statement or passbook page showing your name and account number, matching the account you use for deposits and withdrawals.

4.3 Verification Processing

KYC documents are typically reviewed and approved within 1-24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Western Indonesia Time). Weekend submissions are processed on the following business day. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information if deemed necessary.

4.4 Failure to Verify

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or providing false, forged, or fraudulent documents, will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any funds. Withdrawal privileges are locked until verification is successfully completed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

bbtn4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to payment provider limits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2-5 minutes of bank confirmation. All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate charges.

You agree that all deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments made from an account not in your name) are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made to any Indonesian bank account or e-wallet that has been verified through the KYC process and registered in your name. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Business Days (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM WIB): 1-4 hours
• Outside Business Hours and Weekends: Processed the next business day
• Public Holidays: Processed the next business day

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal fees are waived for amounts above Rp 100,000. Withdrawals below this threshold may incur a processing fee of Rp 5,000.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification and Security

For security purposes, we may require additional verification before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, conduct enhanced due diligence, or delay withdrawal processing to investigate potential fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If this is not feasible, alternative arrangements may be made at our discretion following additional verification.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Promotional Offers

bbtn4d may offer various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to Users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

6.2 Eligibility and Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to Users who:

• Have completed Account registration and KYC verification
• Are using their first and only Account with bbtn4d
• Have made qualifying deposits and met minimum deposit amounts
• Have not previously abused promotional offers or engaged in bonus hunting behavior

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements (also known as turnover requirements or rollover requirements). This means you must wager the bonus amount and/or deposit amount a specified number of times before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry periods will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Colluding with other Users to meet wagering requirements
• Using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk
• Making deposits solely to claim bonuses with no intention of genuine gameplay

We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts of Users found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

7. Responsible Gaming and Problem Gambling

bbtn4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable Users. We provide the following tools to help you manage your gambling activity:

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block your Account from all gambling activity for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent closure.
• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Your Account will be locked when the limit is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum playing time per session. You will be automatically logged out when time expires.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbtn4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, using stolen payment methods, submitting forged KYC documents, or impersonating another person.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any illegal financial activity.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other Users, using automated betting software or bots, exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities, or engaging in any form of cheating.
• Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with bbtn4d customer support.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your Account credentials, allowing others to use your Account, or accessing another User's Account without authorization.
• Underage Gambling: Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or allowing minors to access your Account.
• Jurisdictional Violations: Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or customer support staff, or engaging in discriminatory behavior.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bbtn4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and compilations, is the exclusive property of bbtn4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content without prior written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the Platform
• Use the Platform or its content for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bbtn4d and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform or Services
• Technical errors, interruptions, or downtime affecting the Platform
• Unauthorized access to your Account or data due to security breaches
• Errors or omissions in Platform content or game results
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment providers or banking systems
• Actions taken by us to enforce these Terms, including Account suspension or closure

You acknowledge that online gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss, and you accept full responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made through your Account. bbtn4d does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for your gambling losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bbtn4d, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Your use of the Platform or Services
• Any false, incomplete, or misleading information you provide

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where bbtn4d holds its international gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and bbtn4d. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution.

13. Account Closure and Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and you will not be permitted to create a new Account.

13.2 Termination by bbtn4d

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Bonus abuse or promotion manipulation
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other Users
• Use of the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction

Upon termination, all bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited. Remaining real-money balances (excluding forfeited bonuses) may be withdrawn subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

14. Amendments to Terms

bbtn4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website with a new "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.
